Event Rates



“All In One” Package


$6,750.00 ($7,364.00 value) and includes the following:



Weekend Rate: $4,500*



Transportation to Local Hotels

There is a FREE Shuttle Service available to them and guests upon booking a block of rooms (minimum of 10) at any of the Hotels at Grand Prairie including Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, Hampton Inn and Suites, and Wingate by Wyndham. It's a quick 20 minute drive on Interstate 74 and they provide 3 trips including 1 out to our facility and 2 returning later in the evening, all at the tenants desired times



Catering & Beverage Services

We offer OPEN CATERING and OPEN Beverage Service so that they can work with any caterer or bartender of their choosing. Inquire about our other budget friendly option for your food and drink needs. Proper Insurance must be provided and approved by the facility manager before alcohol can be brought on-site

**If you have already rented tables and chairs from us for your event there will be no additional charge for using them during any other events during your time of rental.
